Jasper is a halfling male, and the owner/operator of Jasper's gems in the city of Kingsport.
Description
Appearance
Jasper is a halfling male of average height, build, and appearance. Voiced by Blake Brandley, he erratically has a Shrek-like scottish accent.
Personality
Jasper was written as a friendly, non-descript shopkeeper. Seeing how doing the voice made Blake uncomfortable and that he was unprepared for the items on sale. The players immediately caught wind of this and Jasper quickly became a best friend who they would push for discounts.
