Phil is lazy and hasn't come up with any background on this character. So he's a guard from the Kingsport law enforcement pool who was drafted by Vanessa Armitage and that's all we know.

Lo'tham is jovial, co-operative, and generally just goes along with the group. He's a little tired of the 'intern' jokes from Zoop, and hopes to get promoted to an actual member of the party one day.
